Supporting Breabach at Edinburgh Folk & Food Festival

I'm delighted to be joining the excellent Breabach as special guest when they play the Edinburgh Folk & Food Festival on Friday 24 July at Assembly George Square Gardens.

Breabach have long been one of the bands I've admired most in the Scottish folk scene. Their ability to honour traditional music while constantly pushing it somewhere new is something I've always found inspiring, so to be opening the evening for them feels incredibly special.

I'll be bringing songs from my debut album, FortyFive – sharing stories of love, loss, hope and everything in between - before handing over to one of Scotland's finest contemporary folk bands for what promises to be a brilliant night of music.

If you've been meaning to catch a Wave Of The Flood show, or if you're already planning to see Breabach, I'd love to see you there. It's a wonderful opportunity to spend a summer evening surrounded by great music, great food and a fantastic festival atmosphere in the heart of Edinburgh.

AND, not only that, if you’re local, you can also get discounted tickets! Exclusive to EH, FK, G, KY, ML & DG postcodes, use the code LOCALAF26 to get tickets for just £8.25!
